On-Site IPAC Audit
Includes inspection of your office’s operatories, sterilization lab, inventory room, staff room, reception area, waiting room, and all patient-accessible spaces.
Incorporates RCDSO, PHO, and nuDent’s proprietary guidelines to ensure IPAC compliance.
COVID protocols also reviewed and audited.
The audit will include taking pictures in the clinic, reviewing your current on-site IPAC materials, and asking employees about procedures (similar to a governing body inspection). Follow-up questions may be required prior to the completion of the Findings Report.
IPAC Audit Report with Review
A one-hour webinar to review the report will be scheduled after the report is delivered so your team has a chance to read and discuss the audit.
IPAC Binders and Templates
Completed binders that include all required IPAC topics as determined by the RCDSO and PHO guidelines. Binders will include generalized policies with your logo (if provided).
Emergency Inspection Support
On-site support to prepare the clinic if there is a warning of an imminent inspection. These services are offered based on nuDent’s best efforts availability.
Staff Training
We train staff on how to implement changes from the IPAC Audit and teach them proper procedures for infection prevention and control in the office.
‘Keep Me Up To Date’ Subscription
Monthly updates on changes to regulations and updating policy documentation on templates to reflect the changing IPAC landscape.
Re-Inspection Services
Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually or Yearly.
IPAC Audit Templates filled out and delivered.
A short onsite meeting or webinar to review the findings will also be included.
